Alot of times we have problems with our cell phone services regarding billing issues, minute usage, calling plans, etc... We call customer service just to be on hold for long periods of time or to be transferred around several times....then you ask to speak to a supervisor and they don't even help you!!!! Now we're going straight to the horses mouth with unresolved issues with the customer service department. When addressing your concern make sure you:
1. Document the time of your call
2. Get the name of everyone you speak to
3. Be able to back up your complaint!!!
